HiENTRY - the entry system

HiENTRY is the partner of the LOOK System, sharing the database with one or more LOOK installations. A typical application is to manage entry and parking approvals, which are based on the license plates of the vehicles. HiEntry is a multiuser environment where various users can have different rights and accessible features or can allow parking only in a defined group of parking places. HiEntry features the functions to view or print reports, constructed from LOOK event data, or data entered on different HiEntry stations. The approvals can be permanent or temporary, with or without strict time restrictions. The approval can contain a reserved parking place to ensure the holder will find this specific parking place free when he arrives - the parking place is assigned to approval during its creation. Or it can refer to an occupied place group, where the place is assigned at the moment of car arrival and if no place is available, then an occupation signal is displayed to the driver.

HiEntry features

• Management of the directory tables - with record creation, edit, delete, filter, import, and export for the following tables:
  • Users
  • Parking sites
  • Parking places
  • Companies
  • Departments (user groups with rights to the same parking places)
  • Blacklist
  • Visitors
  • Visitor Companies
• Insert or edit the entry or parking approvals with validity and possible parking place assignment
• Entry Check – the environment for gate personnel with entry ticket print, containing the number plate, parking place, and time
• Visitors - another approach for foreign vehicle open areas, to build a visitor database with more or less info about them
• Reports – to view, search, filter, export, or print data about events and approvals, for example:
  • Top parking times - aggregated
  • Overnight stays - top continuous times
  • Approval report
  • Approval change log
• Look System traffic events are viewed in a special report including graphics like photographs and plate cutouts.
• Manual plate number entry

User and installation count is not limited - once a customer buys HiEntry, they can use it on any number of computers they need. Record creation and last change date and user are recorded in every table. Changes to approvals are fully logged.
