Hisys relates, continues, and extends the long-year tradition of software development and project realization expertise of Konsigna Solution, whose history dates back to 1990.
The master product - automatic vehicle license plate recognition system (ANPR) Look, was added with more applications - the HiEntry entry system - the back-end partner of Look and the document management system HiDox.
Our strategy is to create software, which accommodates in all aspects the needs, requirements, IT platforms, and processes, used by the customers. Look System and HiEntry thus run tens of customized functionality modes on both static and mobile platforms, tailored to the specific customer. We use both Microsoft - standard Windows and .NET CLR, and Open Source development and database platforms.
